How long do I have to make a return?

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. For multi-package orders, the 30-day window starts when you receive your final item.


 

Return Eligibility Requirements

All item(s) must be unworn and in their original condition, with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund. The original shipping cost, if any, is non-refundable in most cases.


 

Return Shipping Fee

Please note that a $5.9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.


 

How do I initiate a return?

1. Start a return.

To begin, visit our return portal here.

You can also sign in to your account using the email associated with your order, go to "Orders", select your order, and click "Request a return".

2. Follow the instructions and submit your return request.

Note: You will receive a return confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.

3. Print your return label.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return label. Download and print the label, then drop off your package or schedule a pickup.


 

Where is my refund?

Please note your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


 

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.
