30-Day Return Policy

We are deeply sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with the items and we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for eligible items.

 

Return Conditions

1.For consumer-caused returns, you are responsible for shipping costs.If it is an quality issue with the item or incorrect delivery, we will cover the shipping cost.

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

3.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4.We do not accept returns after 30 days. If an item is returned after the 30 day period, we may need to return it to your default shipping address and require you to cover the cost of delivery.

 

Note: The original shipping cost, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

 

How To Return

1.Please contact Customer Service (contact@shopathluna.com), indicating the items you would like to return or exchange and the reason for the exchange. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.Once the return request has been approved, please return the items in its original packaging to the shipping address provided by us.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

 

When can I receive my refund

Refunds will be granted once we've received and inspected the eligible return item, please allow 3 to 5 days for return processing.

Refunds to your original payment method will be made within 5 business days upon receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you don't receive your refund 14 days after returning the product, please email us immediately at contact@shopathluna.com.
