How can I track my order?

Can I cancel or edit my order?

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase by signing in to your account with the email used to place your order. Once signed in, go to "Orders" and select "Cancel Order".

Please note that orders cannot be edited once placed. If you need to make changes, just cancel your order and place a new one.

Shipping Notes

Just a heads up! Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and let's be real, there's nothing worse than a lost package). So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/ building number if you have one.

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.


 

Lost & Stolen Packages Policy

We are not responsible for any packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier with valid Proof of Delivery (POD). This includes, but is not limited to, packages stolen after delivery, lost on the customer’s property, or not received for any reason after the confirmed delivery date.

Once the carrier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer (and the customer confirms the address is correct), the risk of loss transfers to the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or reshipments in such cases.

To help prevent delivery issues, we strongly recommend: 
- Track your order in real time using the provided tracking link
- Request signature confirmation for high-value orders, when available
- Arrange for secure pickup or delivery to a safe location


 

Restrictions

APO/FPO addresses are not supported.

For certain regions such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam, please allow 1-5 extra days for delivery. Kindly note that you might need to pick up your package from your reginal post office. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
